Terms and Conditions
1.0. ARARAT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND UNDERTAKINGS
1.1All and any requests for services from the Partner must be received by ARARAT TRAVEL in advance of clients’ arrival as follows:
For groups AT LEAST 90-180 days
For individuals AT LEAST 20-30 days
Requests not meeting these deadlines will be granted only subject to availability. It is clarified that groups shall comprise 10 persons (or 10 rooms) and over depending on the Hotel, whilst less than 10 persons (or 10 rooms) are considered individuals.
1.2. The Partner notice to ARARAT TRAVEL must contain the number of tourists, relevant dates of arrival and departure, service requirements and other information that may be required by ARARAT TRAVEL from time to time. 1 Month prior to the group arrival the Company shall provide ARARAT TRAVEL with a name list.
2.0. CANCELLATIONS
The following will be paid by way of cancellation charges by the Partner on the package of services booked:
2.1. FIT tourists
Cancellation received less than 7 days before scheduled arrival in the Area or no-show is subject to cancellation fee equal to 100% of the ordered services for the first day, including accommodation, transfers, excursions, meals, etc.
2.2. GROUPS (to be reconfirmed upon each request depending on the Hotel).
a. Cancellation received less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival in the Area: 5 % of the total price.
b. Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival in the Area: 15 % of the total price.
c. Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in the Area: 30 % of the total price.
d. Cancellation received less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival in the Area: 100 % of the cost applied to the first day of the tour.
2.3. A deposit payment may be required, depending on season and hotels ‘policy.
3.0. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. FIT: Payment to ARARAT TRAVEL is to be made in full prior to the clients’ arrival within 3 days upon receipt of the ARARAT TRAVEL invoice for all services confirmed, by bank transfer to the ARARAT TRAVEL bank account or by any other means. In case of bank transfer, the bank fees are at the expense of the Company.
3.2. GROUPS: Following to the ARARAT TRAVEL confirmation of the applicable net prices and according to the ARARAT TRAVEL invoice the Partner should not later than 30 days prior to the group arrival in the Area remit by bank transfer to the ARARAT TRAVEL bank account or by any other means the full amount due for the ordered services. In the case of reservations made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival the payment should be made by SWIFT bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, the bank fees are at the expense of the Company.
3.3. Once a remittance has been sent the Partner advises ARARAT TRAVEL by e-mail or otherwise in writing the amount and the date of a bank transfer and in addition sends a copy of the transfer document itself.
